Autobot Signal for Deriv ("the app") is an automated trading tool that places trades on your own Deriv account, using signal sources you choose (AI signals, copy trading, webhooks, or Telegram channels) and settings you configure. The app is operated by Autobot Signal (autobotsignal.io).
The app is not a broker, not a fund, and does not hold your money. All trading happens on your Deriv account, under Deriv's own terms. Deriv is a separate company not affiliated with us.
The app is free to use. We earn a commission (a "markup", currently up to 2.5%) that Deriv includes in the price of contracts purchased through the app on real-money accounts. This markup is part of the contract price shown to you before a trade is placed; it is not an extra deduction from your balance. Some signal sources may also involve affiliate relationships with brokers.
Nothing in the app — including AI signals, the copy-trading leaderboard, win rates, and any statistics — is investment or financial advice, or a recommendation to trade. Signals are probabilistic outputs of software; past performance does not predict future results. Leaderboard figures are computed from recent reported trades and can change quickly. You alone decide whether to run the bot, with what settings, and with what money.
Copy trading follows the trades of other users who chose to publish their results; they are not our employees or advisers, and their future results may differ completely from their history. Webhook and Telegram signals come from sources you connect; we do not verify their quality. You bear the full outcome of trades placed from any signal source.
To run your bot while your phone is off, our server stores: your Deriv session authorization (never your Deriv password), your bot settings, your trade history, and — only if you connect Telegram — a Telegram session for your account. Server files are access-restricted and used solely to operate the service. Logging out ends your session; disconnecting Telegram deletes its session file. We do not sell your data.
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We may interrupt, change, or discontinue features at any time (maintenance, broker API changes, or otherwise). A running bot may stop if our server, your Deriv session, or Deriv itself becomes unavailable — monitor your account and do not rely on the bot as your only risk control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autobot Signal and its operators are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app — including losses caused by signals, software errors, delays, or outages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.
You can stop using the app at any time (stop the bot and log out). We may suspend access that abuses the service, harms other users, or violates these terms or applicable law.
